The Eardrops Company prides itself on speedy delivery of all orders.
Delivery within New Zealand
Orders are sent by overnight courier (NZ Couriers) or via NZ Post for rural deliveries.
There is a handling charge of $4.50 per order in addition to the purchase price for 1-3 CDs, more on bigger orders and to courier to rural addresses ($6 extra).
Your products will be posted to you within 1-2 days once your order is confirmed and payment is received. If in the rare circumstance we are unable to deliver the product to you within this timeframe we will contact you via the phone number or email address you supply us to let you know when your order will be delivered.

Delivery Overseas
Overseas orders will be sent via UPS guaranteed delivery. An additional fee will apply – this varies from country to country. Delivery costs will be quoted in NZ dollars at the time you order.

We are proud to guarantee all of Eardrop’s Journeys. If an item is faulty we are happy to give you a replacement providing you return it to us within 10 days. You must enclose the item, purchasing note, and explain the fault.
We regret we are unable to offer cash refunds on CDs if they are not faulty.
We recommend using registered post, as The Eardrops Company does not accept any liability for returns that do not reach us.
